Continuity: Before Griff shows up in the cafe, the Pepsi bottle's label is facing the counter. A second later, when Griff appears, the label is facing the door.

Continuity: At the beginning, when Marty is examining his truck in the garage, the left side of his shirt is tucked-in in the front, but in the first film, Marty's left shirt tail was hanging out.

Continuity: At the end of BTTF, when Doc drives up to Marty's driveway and tells Marty and Jennifer to get in the car to go to the future, Marty asks Doc, 'Why, what happens? Do we become a**holes or something?' Then Doc replies straight away 'No, you and Jennifer turn out fine, it's your kids, something's gotta be done about your kids.' At the start of BTTF2 when the same scene is played again, Marty asks the same question but this time Doc pauses before he replies to Marty's question.

Continuity: When Marty is at the dance in the first film, the room that the band leader rings his cousin from is on the right, but in this film the room is on the left.

Continuity: When Biff is reading that futuristic almanac he throws it in the back seat. When it's in his hands the almanac is real but the second it leaves his hands it's animated. I presume so they can make it land in the backseat in just the right spot. Not a real mistake but something to take notice of.
