Visible crew/equipment: In the wideshot as Duane and Blaine drive up by the pierced girl's red car, you can briefly see a reflector, equipment and some crew reflected in the car. Then when it cuts to a closeup, you can see the reflections in the side of the wing-mirror.

Visible crew/equipment: When Vera and Merrill go zooming past the car repair man's garage and the garage collapses, as the man turns and mutters "whoa," the camera's shadow is clearly cast on his back

Continuity: When the rope tied around the radar pulls Duane's truck forward, in a wide shot the sky is crystal blue and totally clear. Once the truck has been pulled to the top of the tower moments later, in another wide shot the sky is now filled with clouds.

Continuity: When Zack opens the cooler to see the heart, the level of ice cubes in the cooler lowers between shots.

Deliberate "mistake": In the infamous coin toss scene, Cuba's call is disputed. However, it appears that the coin on the ground is in fact in agreement with his call. However, he explains later that they use a special commemorative coin that is hard to read as it may have what appears to be a head on both sides. Therefore, the coin may have had a head come up, but it was agreed that that side would be 'tails'.

Continuity: Tracy's hairband keeps changing colour throughout the movie. At the airport its a white scrunchy and in the helicopter it starts off black, and then goes to light brown.

Visible crew/equipment: When Tracy throws the fire extinguisher into Sean's truck, and it goes off, sending CO2 gas everywhere, you can see the thin black tube running across the pavement, to under the car, presumably used to spray the gas out of. That tube wasn't there earlier!

Revealing: When Vera and Merill are talking to the squirrel lady, whenever you can see the ground behind the squirrel lady, near one of the cages, you can see a squirrel that is obviously fake. It is not moving at all and looks like it is carved from wood.

Continuity: When Rowan Atkinson and Wayne Knight are in the van, there is a car in the lane beside them. When they switch lanes, this car which should be behind them is gone.

Other: When Seth Green falls into a desert oasis, he causes a huge splash, but in the next closeup there's only a few ripples around him.
