Continuity mistake: After the Winter Soldier blows up the car he assumed Romanoff was hiding behind, she sneaks up behind him and kicks the gun out of his hand. When he throws her at one of the cars, the gun is on the road to the left of some yellow lines, next to a car. A few shots later, when the Winter Soldier picks up the gun, the gun and car have both moved - the gun is now right on the lines, the car is still the same distance from it. (01:18:00)

Continuity mistake: When Steve is on the boat, and knocks out all the terrorists, one last terrorist points a gun at him before being shot by Rumlow. In the first shot, the terrorist is standing in front of Steve, but by the next shot, he is suddenly standing behind Steve. This has nothing to do with the camera angles. (00:06:45)

Continuity mistake: When Steve and Romanoff are escaping the mall, Romanoff notices Agent Rumlow on the opposite escalator. The first person in front of him is a man wearing a green jacket. Romanoff kisses Steve, the shot then cuts to Rumlow noticing the kiss, and a woman in a white jumper has appeared in front of him. Things go back in the next shot. (00:54:15)

Continuity mistake: When Steve, Romanoff and Agent Hill are watching Nick being operated on, Agent Hill is on the left, followed by Romanoff in the middle and Steve on the right. A couple of shots later, as Romanoff says "Don't do this to me Nick", it is now suddenly Agent Hill in the middle and Romanoff on the left, then a few shots later, it goes back to Romanoff being in the middle and Agent Hill being on the left. Continuity mistake: When Sam asks "How do we tell the good guys from the bad guys?" and Steve replies "If they're shooting at you they're bad", Sam unleashes his Falcon wings. This shot shows Steve and Sam to be standing within a few feet of each other, but in the next shot where Sam flies off in his Falcon wings and Steve leaps off the roof, the two are suddenly several meters away from each other. Steve is then shown in one shot kicking the terrorist enough times he falls back into a compartment with loads of weaponry. Then in an instant, they are suddenly back to fighting out in the open and most certainly not in the compartment. This has nothing to do with the angle of the camera. (00:11:45)

As soon as Romanoff lands on the boat, she continues walking with Steve and begins conversation. From the reverse angle, Romanoff is visibly in front of Steve, but from the sudden following shot from the side, she is suddenly standing behind him. (00:06:55)

Continuity mistake: Just after Nick has escaped the "cops" before being chased by them again, Nick tells the car AI to initiate vertical takeoff and the shot then cuts to an angle of Nick from the side. On one side of the windscreen are bullet marks from where the gunmen had fired, and no sign of any bullet marks on the other side. The shot cuts to then show Nick shifting over to the driver's seat and by the next shot, there are suddenly bullet marks all around the windscreen and they are much bigger. (00:28:35)

After Sitwell lands, he is shown rolling around on the floor and stops with his legs both stretched out. The next shot shows a wide angle of Sam landing back on the roof in his Falcon wings, and Agent Sitwell, still visible in shot, no longer has his legs stretched out. (01:11:55)
