Please note that book/film differances are NOT movie-mistakes. They won't be accepted onto the site and is just a waste of your time and the checkers time. A movie mistake is where something changes in the film. Not between book and film.
Here are some example of what will, and what will not be accepted.
Movie mistake (and WILL be accepted):
In the scene when Edward and Billy pass each other in their cars and glare at each other, as Edward is pulling away in this shot you can catch a glimpse of the tops of the crews heads reflected in his back window.
Book/film differance (and will NOT be accepted):
In the movie, they have gym in the begining of the day (before lunchtime) but in the book it's the last class of the day.
