In the scene where O'Neill and Maybourne are looking up NID flight plans, the plan viewed on the computer lists the destination airport as Minot Airport Base, but provides the airport code for McCarran International Airport (KLAS). It also lists non-existent runways, as in runway headings that do not exist anywhere in the world. See more...

Trivia

In the scene where Samantha Carter is about to release an EM pulse in the room in an effort to discontinue Urgo's annoying appearances, Urgo is protesting his "demise" and trying to prove he won't bother anyone anymore. He says, "What about this?" and changes into a younger man in military uniform. "Can you resist this?" he then asks before he switches back to his familiar form. The actor playing Urgo, Dom Deluise, is actually replaced by his son, one of the directors of Stargate SG-1, for this switch. See more...

The entry you are marking as a duplicate is:

Title Stargate SG-1
Original entry As we know, the watery image of the event horizon is projected onto a blue backdrop. In "Origin" the third episode of season nine, Ger'ak comes through the Stargate and we can see the image of the event horizon, though faint, around and above the Stargate itself and is not confined to normal area for the event horizon. Blatantly visible if you look for it on the airing of the episode on the Sci-Fi network.
