During the chase scene after the T-1000 commandeers the tow truck, the shadows are inconsistent from shot to shot. Understandable, as each shot was made at different times during the day, but still noticeable. See more...
When the Terminator shoots the last SWAT team member with a gas grenade, you hear him say (moan really) "ohh, that really hurt" in a soft pain-filled voice, just after he hits the ground. While not a mistake really, it is kind of funny. See more...

In each shot of Dyson in his living room, the magazines on the coffee table are scattered, then stacked, then scattered again. Also, if you look at the blood on his shoulder, it is very heavy in one shot and very scarce in the next.|
