Mistakes

The interior layout of the Burnham's house does not match the exterior of the house. This is illustrated in the scene in which Jane comes inside after Ricky is taping her for the first time. She walks in the front door and goes directly into the dining room to peer out of one of the two side windows. If the interior of the house matched the exterior, she would not have been able to peer through those windows because they would not have existed. Instead, the garage would be there. (While there may be a window on that side of the dining room that does face out near the garage - extended external views of the house from that side are not plentiful in the film - there are still not two windows which face out in that direction. The garage would block one.) See more...

The entry you are changing the wording of is:

Title American Beauty
Original entry Near the end of the film, Lester has removed Angela's pants, in the next scene, they mysteriously reappear just below her knees. [I knew when I saw this scene someone would enter it as a mistake. Angela's pants did not reappear, you are seeing the same shot twice as usual when Lester and Angela have physical contact. When Angela comes to the refrigerator to get a root beer she puts her hand on Lester's arm and we see this shot over and over as Lester seems to be replaying it in his mind. Same thing here.]

The existing entry is in the box below - please change whichever words or names which need correcting/altering. Please don't make any other comments, or remove text you aren't changing. Also, please DON'T alter character/actor names unless they're wrong - having a mix of character/actor references helps people work out who is who if they haven't seen the film. Finally, please check the whole entry, rather than just the thing you've spotted.
