Original entry I am looking for a movie that I cannot remember the name of. It is from the early 1980's. There is a woman who is a mother of a boy about 10 years old named Joel. She is a dancer. I think I remember something about her trying out for a job on a t.v. show as the host of a dance/exercise show. She ends up having a romance with a man involved in that show. It is not Flashdance, but it is somewhat similar to it. I know it's 1980's era because I do remember the women in the movie wearing leotards with leg warmers and headbands. Any help would be appreciated.
