Original entry I am looking for a movie that was probably made in the 90s. It was about a little girl and a boy who both had issues with their families, but were always there for each other. At one point the little girl fights with her mom on her birthday and runs away, and then there is a big search for her. I think she was hiding up in a tree (and slept there), where she and the boy always hang out. At the end of the movie, the boy's dad goes away and asks the boy to go with him, but the boy decides to stay behind even though he dreamed of that moment.
