It makes no sense why the producer has not got Hank to sign a release form or even talked about it. Throughout the episode Hank is upset by the fact that Dusty's reality show is featuring him. While Hank might not be aware of a release form, the producer would be fully aware if Hank did not sign one all the footage and most of the show would be unusable. Being that Hank was so against the project, this would also make it a riskier move. See more...
