Series 4 - Episode 7: Life Is A Cabaret: Near the end when Tracy has woken from her dream, Cam goes to comfort her - you can see Cam has no rings on her fingers. However, when she leaves the room, she puts her hand round the door and she is wearing the rings featured in Tracy's dream.
