| Rank | Title | Mistake |
|---|---|---|
The King of Queens | Season 8, episode 8 "Move Doubt": When Carrie and Doug leave Kelly and Deacon's apartment, you can see the shadow of a boom mic on the wall to their left.
Nip/Tuck | When Christian talks to Matt outside the school, Matt hears the school bell ring and glances at the school and then back at Christian. In the next shot, he's facing the school and turns around to look at Christian again.
CSI: NY | Episode 6-6, "It Happened To Me": when Hawkes talks to Stella at the end of the episode, he has both of his hands raised out in front of him. In the next shot, his left arm is down by his side, and he raises it again.
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody | This is very obvious. When Zack comes back with the bike and gives it to Cody, and it breaks apart, you can definitely see at one point the string/wire that holds it together.
Dharma & Greg | When they talk about how Abby used to date Don Henley, and Abby says "I'm pretty sure I was Witchy Woman", Larry's facial expression changes from laughing to serious from one shot to the next.
Heroes | In some episodes Claire voluntarily hurts herself (like when she grabs a pan out of a hot oven or when she sticks her fingers down the sink disposal to grab something). She is obviously badly injured these two times but shows absolutely no signs of pain whatsoever. Later in season 1 when she tries to do the back tuck off the tower she breaks her leg and is in agonizing pain. Also Peter has this power too, and he shows signs of pain a couple of times throughout the season. Do they have pain or not?
NCIS: Los Angeles | Episode 1-6, "Keepin' It Real": when Sam finds the list of "Guitar Hero" receipts in Corporal Valdivia's house, he flips the top page to the bottom of the pile, and in the next shot he has the following page in his hand, without having moved.
Mr. Bean | When Bean is putting his shoes on, out the window the scenery is going straight but in the overhead shot he is on a roundabout.
Bones | Towards the end of the episode, Bones and Booth visit social services and discover the identify of an elderly man whom they then suspect to be a Gormagon Master, who had retired from social services and lived in a nursing home. Much earlier in the episode, back at the lab, there is a glass panel with a flow chart of Masters and Apprentice Gormagon's - one labeled Master has the picture of the old man from the nursing home - this is before the visit to social services or the nursing home.
iCarly | Season 2, episode 2 "iStage an Intervention": When Carly and Freddie are talking in the hallway about his bad luck, you can see a crewmember's shadow on the wall next to Freddie.
30 Rock | In the pilot episode, when Liz walks back into the writer's office Frank throws a sandwich at her, and she tells them to get it out of their system, i.e. throw things at her. We see all of the writers (Frank, Lutz, Toofer, Josh, a bald man, and a woman) grab various items off the table and the female writer grabs what appears to be an orange ball. When the shot changes to the objects hitting Liz, the ball does not appear. (It is not the bag of Cheetos, as you can tell it is made of some kind of foam.)
House, M.D. | When House and Wilson are sitting on the bench at the police station, Wilson is moving his arms while he talks. His hands are visible. Then the officer comes over and removes their handcuffs with the audible click and Wilson rubbing his wrists.
Monk | "Mr. Monk Goes Camping": When Monk sees the bear, his scream is too-obviously dubbed over with a woman's voice. (In all the previews and commercials for this episode, however, he's shown screaming in his own voice.)
Lost | When Robert and Danielle banter about what the name of their baby will be, Robert has Danielle's face cupped in one hand, and then suddenly in both hands.
Quantum Leap | When Sam says "I'd rather be dead," his lips don't move in sync with the words.
Thunderbirds | Once Frank has started talking for the first time in the episode, he has taken his hat off. Once the Sidewinder has started moving again his hat has reappeared back on his head. The moment it tips on its side his hat is once again off.
Futurama | When Bender enters the officer's bar, he has two medals on his chest. In the last shot of him they have both disappeared.
South Park | Season 12 episode 4 "Canada on strike" During the fight between the Internet stars, no one kills Afro Ninja, but he is dead at the end.
M*A*S*H | When Hot Lips calls General Clayton to her tent, he closes the door twice.
Stargate SG-1 | At the beginning of the episode, O'Neill refers to the planet as P3X-989. When he awakes as an android, he says "Welcome to PX3-989." The P3X becomes PX3.
SpongeBob SquarePants | In the beginning of "The Smoking Peanut", Spongebob takes his hat and spits it in the air like Clamu would do. Before he puts the hat in his mouth, he says, "a cannonball", the camera is on Spongebob and his mouth isn't saying that. He has his mouth open to put the hat in his mouth.
Ashes to Ashes | At the very end of series two, there was a shootout during an armed robbery. WPC Granger somehow had access to a firearm. Surely the fact of her uniform rank would not have allowed this.
Lie to Me | Episode 2-5, "Grevious Bodily Harm": when Terry asks Cal to sit in on the poker game with McClellan, there's a man in a brown jacket that walks past Cal three times.
The Suite Life on Deck | In the beginning of the episode "Show and Tell", you can see Woody clipping his toenails on the bed. You can see how many toes he has one of his feet. He has 5 toes. Yet, in one of the first episodes, Woody states he has 8 toes on one foot and 3 on the other.
The Unit | In "Into Hell, Part 1", season 4, episode 7, the Unit discovers a soldier who they think is Betsy, tied to a chair. They note that the room is covered with PIRs or Passive Infrared Sensors. They then take out their night-vision goggles and begin counting the number of "infrared lines" they see. However, PIR sensors don't emit anything; they are passive.
