| 2 | Malcolm in the Middle | When Dewey yells for Lois because the bow was put on the present, if you look to the left of Lois, you will see a crewmember kneeling down, handing Lois the red dress, who is holding a bucket of water. He quickly gets out of the camera's view. <em>[This is on the DVD of the first season. Someone said on the audio commentary that after catching it, they deliberately left it in to see if anyone would spot it. It's still a mistake, but that's why it's there.]</em> |

| 4 | Lost | When Hurley is at the new house, after his mom hurts her ankle, he reaches into the car window to get the cell phone. When he begins to dial, the cameraman's arm moving about is reflected in the back chrome of the side view mirror. |
| 5 | Star Trek: The Next Generation | In the episode "Reunification part 2" when Picard, Spock, and Data have just escaped from the female Romulan commander, when they are walking out of the room look at the green glass ornament - you can see reflection of a crew member. |

| 6 | Shogun | In the opening scene you see an old ship in the water, if you look closely you can also see the shadow of the helicopter that is filming the scene. |
| 7 | Red Dwarf | In the first episode, 'The End' when Lister is telling his door to lock so he can get his cat out you can see the hand of a member of the crew pushing the door shut (look out the window). |
| 8 | Little Britain | In the scene with the hypnotist, when the waiter comes over, the boom mike is visible on top of the screen. |
| 9 | Heroes | S02E09 - When Claire runs away from Bob after he calls her "Ms. Bennet", you can see Bob's shadow and another person's shadow on the ground. Since no one else was standing next to them, it has to be a crew member, most likely a camera man based on the odd shape of the shadow. |
| 10 | Xena: Warrior Princess | As the people of Troy are about to be attacked by the warriors in the horse, the camera pans up to the side of the wall where Deiphobus is talking with another soldier. You can see a crew member crouching down behind them wearing a white and grey shirt. |
| 11 | Buffy The Vampire Slayer | In the episode 'This Year's Girl', when the Scoobies find the demon in the woods that Adam has cut open you can see a boom mike operator in the background. |
| 12 | Sex and the City | In the scene where Charlotte visits the psychic who tells her that she doesn't see marriage, some sort of equipment, possibly a boom mic, is visible in the top middle of the screen, when the psychic is in shot. |
| 13 | Angel | When Angel is fighting the demon who protects the pregnant woman, at one point a crew member (in ordinary street clothes) shows behind them for a few frames. |
| 14 | Mr. Bean | Before the church scene, Mr. Bean drives into the car-park and knocks the blue car off the road. Look at the car closest to the camera, as Mr. Bean reverses, you can see a person and a crane above him reflected in the window. Also, in the blue car's window closest to the camera, you can see dolly tracks. |
| 15 | Scrubs | In the scene where JD and Elliot are treating a patient and JD says "It's the closest thing I had to a date recently" the microphone pops into screen from above at least two times. |

| 16 | Drake and Josh | In the garage scene, Drake hands Josh the baby to see if the baby needs changing. After Josh has sniffed the baby, he falls backwards onto the floor. The black crash mat that he lands on can momentarily be seen in the bottom-left hand corner of the screen. |
| 17 | Charmed | In the scene where Prue comes home and finds Andy inside the manor. There is a shot where if you look behind Andy's shoulder you can see half of the body of the director in the background in the observatory room sitting in a director's chair. |
| 18 | The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air | In the episode where Hilary poses for Playboy, Hilary's strap-on mic is visible on the back of her red dress when she, Will, and Carlton first enter the Playboy party. It is gone in subsequent scenes. |
| 19 | Doctor Who (2005) | Season 2: Episode 11 - Fear Her: When the Doctor starts sniffing in a man's garden, just before Rose says she can smell metal, the camera is reflected in the house's window. |
| 20 | Eastenders | The episode where Lisa is running away with Mel. (The episode where Steve dies) There is a scene where Lisa and Mel are panicking at a bus stop, Mel hails a Taxi. When the Taxi stops, you can see the WHOLE crew in the Taxis reflection. Cameraman, soundman, equipment etc. |
| 21 | Blackadder | Back and Forth: When Blackadder first goes into the time machine to get the items from Baldrick, and the door goes up, you can see a crew member pushing the door closed, wearing a red shirt. |
| 22 | Kath and Kim | During the scene where Sharon thinks that Brett is having an affair, a camera can be seen in the glass behind Sharon. |
| 23 | Monty Python's Flying Circus | Just after Florence Nightingale gets knocked out, a crew member can be seen behind Michael Palin for a short time. |
| 24 | Dawson's Creek | In the scene where Joey and Pacey have arrived back at Capeside, and are getting things ready to get off the "True Love," in one shot you can see the microphone clipped to the back of Joey's shorts. |
| 25 | Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers | This happens mostly in the first 4 series - crew, lights, and equipment can be seen reflected in the Rangers helmets and visors. |
| 26 | Absolutely Fabulous | When Eddie slides down the stairs you can see the ramp she slides on. |
| 27 | Doctor Who (1963) | In episode one, when the Doctor is near the pyramid, someone's leg can be seen just before the shot ends. |
| 28 | Home Improvement | At the beginning episode 5.9, "Chicago Hope", the camera and several studio lights reflect on the glass door behind Tim as he sits at the dining room table. |
| 29 | The Sopranos | Right at the beginning of the episode, Chris pulls over in front of the Bahama Skies tanning salon to pick up his pay. The shot shows him in the car. As he exits the vehicle, the cameraman can be briefly seen in the reflection. |
| 30 | Blake's 7 | After Avon says, "I haven't been anywhere near them," and sits down on the flight couch, part of the camera dolly moves across the bottom of the screen. |
