| 3 | Buffy The Vampire Slayer | During the fight scene at the end when Buffy is fighting the demons you see her throw one of the demons off the platform. If you watch him fall you can see him land safely on a conveniently placed mat. |
| 4 | Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers | In SPD Episode "Sam Part 1" (13-7), when the Ranger first yells "SPD emergency," a piece of Jack's Morpher breaks off. |
| 5 | Only Fools and Horses | At the very beginning of the episode, Leonard Pierce is waiting for the cue for his character to start looking for his teeth. He's standing in the living room, between his room and Del and Rodney's room. |

| 7 | Charmed | Before Jason Dean is shot outside the penthouse, Phoebe is waving her hands trying to convince him that the world is not real and you can already see blood on her fingers. |
| 8 | Ally McBeal | When Georgia walks into Billy's office naked, a triangle-lamp will cover her "naked" breasts. Look closely, for at one point you can see the white, strapless bra. |
| 9 | Lost | With Marshal Mars in pursuit, as Ray drives his pickup, he holds the steering wheel with his left hand, and his stiff <i>prosthetic right arm</i> is down at his side. When Kate grabs for the steering wheel, in the side exterior shot the stunt driver is quite noticeable, as he grips and turns the steering wheel with his good right hand/arm. |
| 10 | Malcolm in the Middle | In season 5, second episode, in an imagination sequence Reese and Malcolm are throwing around Jamie, but you can see it is a doll. |
| 11 | CSI: Crime Scene Investigation | Season 5 Episode 18 "Spark of Life": when they show a closeup of the badly-burned woman during her debridement, it can be seen that even though her eyebrows and hair and, in fact, 90% of her skin has been burned away, she still has long, full eyelashes. |
| 12 | Knight Rider | When KITT takes part in the race and goes up on two wheels, you can see that the stunt driver is behind the wheel and that a dummy is strapped into the passenger's seat. |
| 13 | Doctor Who (1963) | Susan is supposed to be running through a forest. It is painfully obvious that, in fact, she is simply running on the spot against a back-projected film, and the branches that hit her are simply studio stagehands, hiding just out of shot, hitting the actress with twigs. |
| 14 | The Cosby Show | Everytime someone opens the front door to go outside there is just steps leading outside, but when they are on the steps outside and the doors to the inside are open there is a wall and a table with a lamp. Inside that is not there. |
| 15 | Doctor Who (2005) | The Doctor and Rose locate the "metal" hatch that leads down into the "Plastic's Leader" blob. Watch carefully after the Doctor removes the "metal" hatch and moves it aside. The entire hatch "pops-up" a second later. This is because it is plastic and it was suctioned to the floor. |

| 17 | Married... with Children | When the mall Santa lands in the Bundys' back yard, everybody looks toward the back, and when Al looks forward, he cracks a smile although he's upset about the matter. Ed O'Neil admitted he couldn't contain his laughter. |
| 18 | Sex and the City | When Carrie bumps into Mr. Big and her purse falls, watch the people in the background carefully. Many of them are watching the couple talk and interact with each other. On a busy New York street nobody is going to pay attention to two people having a conversation. Apparently all these people were watching the shooting of the scene. |
| 19 | Mr. Bean | In the later intros (when Mr Bean falls into a spotlight in a town) part of Mr Bean's foot isn't in the spotlight, but it still has a shine. |
| 20 | Angel | In the scene where Kate finds her father dead, just after the shot of his neck wounds, she is sitting over him and you can see the father blinking a few times. |
| 21 | Boy Meets World | When Topanga is "naked" under the cover, at one point, you can see a large corner of her bra. |
| 22 | I Love Lucy | When Ricky and Lucy are dancing in the living room, the camera swings too far to the left, and the edge of the set wall and the adjoining bedroom set can be seen briefly. |
| 23 | Red Dwarf | The first time you see Lister, the Cat, Kochanski and Kryten in the AR machine you can see the cat opening his eyes realising that it is not in the script, smiling and then closing his eyes. |
| 24 | Three's Company | In the scene where Jack and Janet are sitting on the sofa with the doctor, Janet offers the doctor some nuts from a bowl. Then take a look at Janet's face. She begins to laugh so she lowers her head and the camera immediately shoots over to Jack who realizes the goof and adlibs something to give Janet time to get into character again. |
| 25 | Scrubs | When Elliot is splashed by the dolphin, if you watch carefully you can see her hair is already wet. |
| 26 | Xena: Warrior Princess | When Xena 'dies', her pulse is checked, and they can't find one, yet you can see her pulse in her neck. |
| 27 | Wonder Woman | In "The Bermuda Triangle Crisis" when Wonder Woman drops a mine into the water, she's supposed to be dropping it into the ocean. However, you can see a drain plug of some sort in the background and the "ocean" is obviously a pool, or similar. |
| 28 | House, M.D. | All the babies in the incubation room are, very evidently, dolls. When one is driven inside, his cries are heard but he doesn't mouth them. |
| 29 | Robin of Sherwood | "Alan a Dale": Lady Mildred rides side-saddle. But when Gisburne gallops away with her, some shots reveal that the stunt woman riding the fast-moving horse is astride it full straddle. Her skirt is blown back just enough to see a brief glimpse of the stunt rider's real leg on the horse's right, and the fake pair of legs in side-saddle position on its left. For just a moment, the lady appears to have three legs. |
