Rank Title Mistake
SpongeBob SquarePants Ep 3-21 Spongebob Meets The Strangler / Pranks A Lot: When the invisible Spongebob and Patrick scare Sandy, they are using a sheet to appear as "ghosts". However, the form of the sheet reveals that they don't have their helmet bowls on. How could they survive in the treedome that time? They sounded fine, not dehydrated.
Full House In this episode, Jesse goes to his high school reunion and then in the flashback, he rides his motorcycle into the gym and says to his girlfriend, 'I'm graduating tomorrow, what are they gonna do, expel me?' indicating that he graduated. But in season 6 in Educating Jesse, Jesse says he's a high school drop-out.
Friends During this episode, Chandler is having major problems slipping people dollar bills. He asks Monica if Richard (her ex) use to slip people notes. But in Series 2 there was an episode where Chandler and Joey were doing impressions of Richard; they impersonate him by slipping money to each other with no problems. So not only has Chandler forgotten that Richard used to slip money, he's also lost the ability to slip money himself.
The Prisoner Everyone in the Village is supposed to have a number instead of a name. Yet, Tom Cobb, the ex-agent Number 6 recognizes in the medical ward, is for some reason an exception. Number 2, the doctor, Number 4 and Number 6 himself all call the man Cobb.
The Fairly OddParents When Timmy is turned into a girl by a supposed wish, shouldn't he/she? still wear the pink hat? (Note: In "Secret Origin..." we know the pink hat was a girl hat.)
Mr. Bean In the swimming pool scene, we see the female lifeguard swapping places with the male lifeguard on a raised seat by the pool. However, shortly afterwards, he tells everyone to leave the pool and is not on the platform. (Why would he go up to the platform in the first place if everyone was getting out shortly anyway?)
Desperate Housewives It says on Mary-Alice's tomb stone that she died on September 26th 2004, which was a Sunday, yet in the first episode, she says that she died on a Thursday.
Charmed In episode 1-2 ("I've Got You Under My Skin"), Alec buys Phoebe a martini at Quake. but then in episode 5-11 ("The Importance of Being Phoebe"), Cole tells Kaya that Phoebe doesn't drink. Then, in episode 5-17 ("Lucky Charmed"), Jason buys Phoebe a "Martini, Dirty" at the end.
Will & Grace In the episode "Lows in The Mid-Eighties" during the flashback scenes, it is shown to us that Will comes out of the closet during his freshmen year of college during Thanksgiving Break, when they spend the weekend at Grace's Parents house. However in the episode "Willian, tell" Grace claims that Will came out to her at senior year of college during Christmas Break. Quite a difference for such a memorable time.
Passions When both Gwen and Eve were in prison in January of 2005, Ethan was trying to get Theresa (whom Gwen had stabbed in the back) to drop the charge of attempted murder so that Gwen would be able to leave the prison. At the same time, Eve was being charged with three attempted murders, including that of Julian in 2001. But Julian loves Eve, and they have reconciled any differences they had three years ago, so why doesn't he also have the option to drop one charge of attempted murder?
Dawson's Creek Jack and Joey are desperate to get the tank pump fixed so they can put the lobsters back in. However, once the customer tells them how to fix it, they then stop for a chat, check his table for tips, read a poem, share a moment, and start cleaning counters - with no attempt to re-house the lobsters.
Family Matters The Winslows' younger daughter, Judy, disappeared from the show in 1993 (halfway through the series' run) with no explanation.
The Simpsons Nelson Mutz is one of the person banned for life by the comic book seller. If so, why he is seen later during Tom Savini's presentation?
Futurama How is it that Fry, Leela, and Bender all went downward several feet when they fell through the pipe, yet were still level with the fake slurm factory that they were in before they fell?
Doctor Who (1963) At the climax of episode 2, the Doctor is about to catch Lupton when the latter simply teleports to safety. So why didn't he do that in first place - before engaging in a 15-minute chase.
Days of Our Lives After Rex learned that he was not really a DiMera but in fact a Brady, he suddenly became "poor." But a lot of things don't add up. Firstly, after Tony died, there was never a funeral or a will reading shown, but it seems likely that the twins would have been left something. Secondly, Rex graduated from college in the spring of 2003 and is an incredible genius who invented a laser that turns coal into diamonds. So although he might be on his own financially, he should be able to get a pretty good job without much trouble, but there's no indication that he has even tried. But Rex being poor has instead become a significant plot device, because Bonnie does not want him to marry her daughter Mimi as a direct result of it.
King of the Hill (Season 11, Episode 5 - Hank Gets Dusted) It makes no sense why the producer has not got Hank to sign a release form or even talked about it. Throughout the episode Hank is upset by the fact that Dusty's reality show is featuring him. While Hank might not be aware of a release form, the producer would be fully aware if Hank did not sign one all the footage and most of the show would be unusable. Being that Hank was so against the project, this would also make it a riskier move.
Monk It makes no sense why the police haven't done the most obvious thing and checked for fingerprints on the murder weapon (the knife). It would not only back up the detective's claim that he did not stab the victim (he never touched the knife) but would have given the police a major clue to finding and prosecuting the murderer.
Red Dwarf Right after the shrinking boxers scene, Kryten says the small boxers are missing from the bunk, but you can see them right in front of him.
Doctor Who (2005) Those people created for medical experiments cannot run. In fact they can barely walk, so how come they can climb nearly as fast as Rose? What's more, when you see them climbing, they seem to have little ability to coordinate hand over hand. Even with the delay brought on by the cat-woman-thing, they should not have been able to keep up with her.
Alias Smith and Jones Well within earshot of the others in the small room, Curry comments to Heyes (purely for the viewers' benefit, since Heyes already knows it) that if Lom Trevors is killed, their amnesty will go with him. This information should have blown their cover, but for some strange (and unbelievable) reason, no one wonders what he's talking about.
George Lopez In the very last episode of the show, "George Decides To Sta-Local Where It's Familiar", Angie mentions that they conceived their "kids" there, referring to both Carmen and Max. However, the season four episode "George Takes a Stroll Down Memory Pain" showed flashbacks where Angie and George were living with Benny, and Angie was far along in her pregnancy with Carmen. Only Max could have been conceived in the house that they are currently living in. I want to add that in the episode 'Valentine Massacre', George says"What about the first time we made love. What were the odds in Vegas!?!"
CSI: Miami The photographer who found the dead guy (Stalkerazzi) told Horatio that he was chasing a black Cadillac Escalade that was chasing the Stalkerazzi's car. He also said that he got stuck behind a truck and that when he finally caught up the Stalkerazzi was dead and there was no sign of the black Escalade. Throughout the rest of the episode nobody does any looking into the black Escalade, asks suspects if they own one or even mention it again. No investigation of the truck that the photographer got stuck behind was shown either. In the same episode Speed tells a cop, while in a tree looking into someone's yard, that they go in through windows if need be to close a case. This is totally inconsistent with the rest of the show and the law. They are always careful about getting search warrants and doing things by the book.
24 When Kim sees Gary she runs into the master bedroom, hides her bags, goes into the closet and up to the attic - all in the time it takes Gary to run five yards to the bedroom door. And considering how much noise the attic door made he should have heard her. Plus, how did she manage to get the door hatch closed when she had gone up?
Star Trek (1966) "The Cage": Pike says he doesn't want women on his bridge, Number One being the one and only exception, and he keeps ordering Colt off it. His apology to Number One indicates that A)he doesn't think of her as female, and B)she's the only exception to his rule. So how does he overlook the very female crew-woman seated at the science station?
Frasier Why can Niles hear what Frasier has said when he is inside the sensory deprivation tank? The whole point of these are that you cannot hear anything happening outside, so Frasier's ranting shouldn't have been heard inside. Similarly, why did the writers even have this scene with Frasier trying to talk to "Maris" when she was supposed to be inside it? Clearly they didn't quite know how soundproof they are.
Cheers At closing time, Cliff, Norm and Woody spontaneously decide to go to Cliff's house. Sam then enters the bar after his date at Melville's. Later in the scene, Rebecca asks Sam about the 'Three Stooges', to which Sam sarcastically replies that they went to Cliff's house. But how could he possibly know that since he entered the scene after they had already left.
Blackadder In 'The Foretelling', it is said that Richard IV reigned for "13 glorious years" with a caption showing 1485-1498. 'The Black Seal' starts on St. Junipers' Day, 1498, but Blackadder spends 12 months locked up with Mad Gerald. So when the Royal Family are finally murdered it is actually 1499.
Doug Doug recalls previous years (in a flashback, where he was next to Skeeter at the window of the Honker Burger as they looked outside) of seeing the Hamburger Boy when Mr. Dink is confessing that he *was* Hamburger Boy. However, Doug has only been living in Bluffington for one year - this was his first summer there.
Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers Up until about Green With Evil, we can see the Rangers fighting Super Putties, which didn't come into the Series until after Green With Evil.
