| Rank | Title | Mistake |
|---|---|---|
Heroes | Season 4, episode 5 "Hysterical Blindness": Peter "catches" Emma's ability and loses his speed ability when he touches her, to keep her from being hit by the bus. Yet in one of the previous episodes, he shook hands with Samuel without losing his ability and gaining Samuel's.
CSI: NY | Season 5, episode 18 "Point of No Return": When Danny fires at the bad guy, there are sparks coming from the metal pipes when his bullets hit them. One of the things causing the sparks burns too slowly, taking over a second before it fades out.
Bones | Episode 4-18, "The Science in the Physicist": when Bones and Booth get trapped in the resonance chamber, the position of Booth's hands over his ears changes back and forth between shots.
Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman | Just before Dorothy has her operation, Mike is looking through her medical books when Sully pays a visit of comfort. During their tender moment, you can hear slight foot shuffling from the camera crew in the foreground - which is not coming from the outside. Also, you hear a slight grunting sound during a slight pause in their conversation.
Charmed | Episode 8-5, "Rewitched": When Phoebe shows Paige her wedding ring, Phoebe's left hand moves from her right forearm to her shoulder.
Prison Break | In the scene where Bellick is about to commit suicide, his mother yells that there is a reward on the Fox River Eight. When Bellick replies, he is speaking very low, almost whispering, but his mother seems to hear him loud and clear.
Castle | Episode 1-10, "A Death in the Family": when Agent Sorensen offers Beckett a part of the sprinkled donut, the location of where he holds it changes between shots.
Dollhouse | In this episode we are shown Echo was in the showers at the time of Alpha's attack. At the end of the season, we are shown she was actually in the craft workshop with Alpha when he attacked.
NCIS: Los Angeles | Episode 1-5, "Killshot": When Sam and G ask Jimmy Su about his brother's work, Jimmy is sitting to the left of his wife Aimee. When Sam and G leave a few moments later to follow a lead, Jimmy and Aimee have switched places.
Stargate SG-1 | At the end of the show, SG1 travels back to the planet after the delivery of the heavy element into the alien sun to determine if the delivery of said material worked in restoring the sun to its original operational characteristics. However, if presumably they used the stargate to travel to and from the planet, then they would necessarily reintroduce the plutonium into the sun, causing a chicken-and-the-egg thing. The only way around this, which wasn't mentioned, would be to travel to a third planet and then to the world.
FlashForward | The episode opens showing the aftermath of the worldwide blackout. Then it jumps backward 4 hours. We soon see a despondent man walking onto a pier. He stops, puts his phone and wallet on a railing, then takes out a gun, preparing to shoot himself. The pier is quite busy, with many people nearby. The scene changes to show Mark Benford attending an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, then walking with his sponsor afterwards, then we see him on a stakeout which then leads into a car chase. Then the scene changes back to the pier where the man is now raising his gun to his chin. We are expected to believe this armed man stood on this busy pier with a gun in his hand, unnoticed and unchallenged all this time? The events are not simultaneous. All the other scenes are shown to be sequential. It can not simply be assumed otherwise. The pier was crowded with other people, not at all deserted. Conjecture is not a correction. The mistake goes by what is shown on screen, not what might have happened off screen.
Desperate Housewives | In season one, Helen said that John turned eighteen last week. And Zach said in season three that he is two months older than John. But in another episode in season three, Lynette said that Zach turned eighteen a month ago. So Zach is two months older than John, and John turned eighteen in season one, but Zach turned eighteen in season three. Season one quote: "Last week he turned eighteen"(they're talking about John in episode "Your Fault.") Season three, quote one: "I'm two months older than John Rowland"(Zach says it in episode "Not While I'm Around.") Season three, quote two: "Until he turned 18, a month ago"(they talk about Zach in episode "Come Play Wiz Me.")
Top Gear | At the end of series 13, after Richard uses a cherry picker to stick a cool wall picture out of Jeremy's reach, Jeremy jams the controls and goes to interview Jay Leno. But throughout the interview, the cool wall is visible in the background and the cherry picker has gone. Afterwards, Richard is back in the same place without having had time to move.
SpongeBob SquarePants | When SpongeBob zaps the pickles, he is standing next to the door. He instantly moves to the center of the room in a subsequent shot.

Saved by the Bell | In the scene where the Glee Club is discussing that Violet will win them the contest, Violet leaves as she is upset about Screech. Zack then comments about "No one having a voice like Violet's". If you look at Mr. Tuttle, he mouths the words that Zack says.
The Simpsons | When Milhouse is hit by the rock in class, the map behind him changes colors. This actually happens within the same shot between frames.
iCarly | In the episode when Carly gets a new friend that tries to get rid of Sam, Sam comments that the expired chocolate is older than <i>The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.</i> This is incorrect. The chocolates expired in 1993, <i>The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air</i> premiered in 1990.
Thunderbirds | While Prescott, Dempsey and Kenyon are in the castle, there is a glass, a bottle and another glass (in that order diagonally) in front of Prescott. In a close up shot of him, the green bottle has move several inches to the left.
The Muppet Show | Right after J.P. Gross says, "What for? No money in hog calling!", you can see a puppeteer's head to his left.
Drake and Josh | In the episode "Mindy Loves Josh," when Josh is telling Drake that Mindy told him she loves him and when Josh slaps Drake near the end of the scene, it is really obvious that Josh is slapping air. | 28 | The Suite Life of Zack and Cody | This is very obvious. When Zack comes back with the bike and gives it to Cody, and it breaks apart, you can definitely see at one point the string/wire that holds it together.
Lost | In the replay of Sawyer meeting up with Jin, Jack, Kate, and Hurley, Sawyer takes his glasses off with his left hand. After the scene cuts to Kate and back, Sawyer is now taking his glasses off with his right hand. Not only that, but during that scene in the previous episode, he only took his glasses off with his right hand.
30 Rock | In the pilot episode, when Liz walks back into the writer's office Frank throws a sandwich at her, and she tells them to get it out of their system, i.e. throw things at her. We see all of the writers (Frank, Lutz, Toofer, Josh, a bald man, and a woman) grab various items off the table and the female writer grabs what appears to be an orange ball. When the shot changes to the objects hitting Liz, the ball does not appear. (It is not the bag of Cheetos, as you can tell it is made of some kind of foam.)
