| 1 | Friends | Across Series 3 - 5, Ross remains the same age (29) for all three years. In Series 3 he tells Chandler, "No thanks, I'm 29" when offered chocolate milk; in Series 4 when the guys try to party without Gandalf they all say they're 29; and in Series 5 when he's trying to reconcile with Emily, he says either he does, or he would get divorced for the second time before age 30. |
| 2 | The Simpsons | This is a mistake for the introduction for the later episodes. When Homer screams, he turns round. You see this in a wide shot. There are no boxes to the right of the door in the garage. However, two just appear out of thin air when he runs through the garage. |
| 3 | Sex and the City | At the beginning of every show we see Carrie walking down the street and she gets splashed by the bus. First the bus has people on it, then in the next shot they all disappear. |
| 4 | Charmed | When the Charmed Ones' father, Victor, came to San Francisco in episode 1-3: "Thank You For Not Morphing," his last name was Halliwell. But when he came back in the third season and later, his last name was Bennett, and the sisters' mother, Patty Halliwell, was said to have kept her maiden name. Patty's mother, Penny, also had the last name Halliwell. |
| 5 | Lost | In numerous shots of individual characters, while on the island, the sweat stains on their clothing significantly and repeatedly change, or disappear and reappear between shots. |

| 6 | Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers | When the Villains send their cronies (for example, Putties, Tengu Warriors, Cogs, Piranhatrons, etc.), their numbers constantly change from when they arrive, to when they leave. |
| 7 | Buffy The Vampire Slayer | When Giles is giving his speech about the Hellmouth the books Buffy's holding keep changing from facing him to facing Buffy and back again. |
| 8 | The Fairly OddParents | 4-11: Truth or Cosmoquences / Beach Bummed: When we first see Trixie and Timmy inside Timmy's large sand castle (or whatever it was), they were sitting at the ends of a long table. But when Francis destroys the castle, Trixie and Timmy are way closer together. |
| 9 | Prison Break | Season 2, episode 9. After Lincoln and LJ have been recognized by the waitress, they speed off down a road. During their conversation in the car, whenever we see LJ from (his) right side, his hair is blowing in a strong draft, and is blown away from the temple. In all other shots, his hair is completely calm, and is hanging down and forward, covering his right temple completely. |

| 11 | Boy Meets World | When the house is shown from the front exterior, there is a window on the left, but when seen from the interior there is a hat rack there. |
| 12 | Days of Our Lives | Shawn Douglas Brady was a ring-bearer, about 4 years old, at the wedding of John Black and Isabella Toscano in 1992. At the wedding, Isabella gave birth to their son Brady. All of the children on the show were recast in 1999 to be much older. Brady Black is now three years older than Shawn, instead of the other way around. |
| 13 | Family Guy | In the episode "The Cleveland-Loretta Quagmire" while the Griffin family are at the Heimlich maneuver class, there is a scene where Stewie is talking to a doll and putting his clothes on. You can see that he has no shoes on but when he sticks his feet through the pant leg holes, shoes suddenly come out of the pants and he has his shoes on. |
| 14 | Full House | When Jesse, Joey and Danny start telling Stephanie and DJ the story while they are laying in DJ's bed, Stephanie has 2 barrettes in her hair. Watch closely and then there's only one barrette in her hair, and then when Danny puts her to bed, there are 2 again. |
| 15 | M*A*S*H | At one time, Col. Potter talks about how his daughter is an only child. In a different episode, he mentions that his son's wife is having a baby. |

| 16 | Red Dwarf | When Rimmer leaves for his exam, he picks up a case from the seat by the window. When Lister locks the door and goes over to the cupboard, the case is still on the seat. |
| 17 | Frasier | There was an episode in which Martin attempts to end a feud between Frasier and Niles by telling a story about his detective partner. He starts with the line, "I never had a brother...", but in the episode about Frasier's cousin Nikos getting married, Martin's brother Walt was introduced. |
| 18 | Star Wars: Clone Wars | Season 1 Episode 3: Chapter III. The red-marked leader of the ARC Troopers sure goes through a rapid succession of field promotions and degradations. In Chapter III, he is addressed by Obi-Wan as a Sergeant; when Obi-Wan arrives at the Banking Clan's HQ in Chapter IX, he calls him Commander; and when Anakin returns from his duel with Asajj Ventress in Chapter XX, he is suddenly a Captain. |
| 19 | Seinfeld | Jerry's apartment in the first episode was on the fourth floor. Then in the next bunch of episodes it was 3A. It then changes to 5A for the remainder of the series. |
| 20 | Eastenders | When Kelley and Zoe are freezing on the Scottish Highlands together against the burnt out minibus, Zoe's lips change colour back and forth through out the scene. It does from hypothermia blue to nice and pink just before Zoe and Kelley kiss. |
| 21 | The O.C. | Ryan and Theresa are walking along the beach with ice creams. The amount of ice cream changes between shots. This is especially noticeable with Theresa's ice cream. |
| 22 | The X-Files | The first time Scully walks into Mulder's office, we see his "I want to Believe" poster in full view. Later on in the scene, we see papers stacked in front of it. |
| 23 | Lilo & Stitch: The Series | The second time that Jumba shoots Gantu with the orange string that wraps him up, the highest it gets is his shoulders, however, when Gantu falls to the floor, the string is now in three ringlets above his forehead. |
| 24 | 24 | The 6:00PM-7:00PM episode ends when it is still light outside. The 7:00PM-8:00PM Episode begins when it is completly dark (no sunset/dusk/twilight) The show is supposed to be in "real-time" but as the sun goes down it gradually gets darker, it does not just become dark from one second to the next. |
| 25 | The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! | When Mario, Toad and Luigi are driving to the rebel fort, the seatbelts they are wearing disappear for most of the scene. |
| 26 | Smallville | The Porsche that strikes Clark has no sign of impact when it goes over the side of the bridge. |
| 27 | Kim Possible | When Kim and Shego stop chasing Ron back in Drakken's lab Shego is wearing a purple apron, then the camera moves away Shego and Kim then comes back and Shego is not wearing a purple apron, then the camera moves away again and then comes back to her and now she is wearing the apron. |
| 28 | Xena: Warrior Princess | Xena leaves Darius' house, where she forgets her chakram. Then there's a shot of her riding Argo, with the chakram attached to her hip. Later Darius shows up to bring the 'missing' chakram to her. |
| 29 | Battlestar Galactica | The Galactica can retract her launch bay pods into the hull. She is shown doing it just before her first FTL jump. The instant before she jumps, the pods are suddenly shown in the extended position again. |
| 30 | Alias | Emily Sloane's left ring finger was shipped to Arvin Sloane in one episode in Season 2, when they are reunited in the Philippines, the left ring finger is bandaged and missing. Later, in the episode when she is shot, when she tells Arvin the CIA is listening, the left ring finger is there. |
