Best character TV mistakes

In "I Heart Dancing", the lady at the Krusty Krab tells Spongebob the dancing audition is the next day. Later, Spongebob is practicing at Squidward's house for a whole night, and the next morning Squidward says they have one more day to practice, even though the audition should have been that day.
Robin says in this episode that she never played team sports and was always a loner. However in a later episode, (The Prom episode) she mentions she missed her prom due to field hockey nationals.
When George and Elaine go to the coffee shop after the movie without Jerry, they establish that Elaine moved to NYC in 1986. Then they make fun of the way that Jerry throws up; both imitating Jerry. The "Dinner Party" episode is after the "The Dog". In the "Dinner Party" episode, Jerry brags that he hasn't thrown up since June 29th, 1980. The black and white cookie ended this streak. Elaine would not have been around to see this… not arriving in NYC until 1986.
Early in the episode, Keith pages JD from home to the hospital. When JD arrives, he asks Keith what's the big emergency and Keith asks if he wants the patient to be prescribed unfractionated or low molecular weight heparin. JD gets angry and says that they're the exact same thing. This is in fact completely incorrect. Low molecular weight heparin is made from fragments of unfractionated heparin. They have different effects in their metabolism, half life and dose monitoring (unfractionated needs a blood test, low molecular weight doesn't). The choice between unfractionated and LMWH is an important clinical decision and should not be dismissed as "the exact same thing".
Episode 8x17, "Generation Hex": When Phoebe and Coop visit the first memory of Phoebe and Cole, Phoebe mentions that their meeting at school was the first time they met. But they actually met earlier at a crime scene after she, Piper, and Prue vanquished a Guardian demon.
When Tony talks to captain of Titanic he states he was born in 1938, but in episode 4 "The Day The Sky Fell In" it is December 1941, he should be 3 years old, but as a young child he is about 12 years old.
Through the whole episode, Missy's accent is sometimes completely missing in scenes and then stronger and more noticeable in others.
In this episode, Raymond says that after three times of proposing to Debra, she said no, and he didn't give up. However, in "The Pilot", Raymond says that the third time he proposed, she said yes.
When Monica and Mike are playing table tennis, Monica puts her hand on the table and looses the point. Mike then does the same thing. Surely Monica, of all people would notice that as it would have given her the point. We also see her looking at Mike at the time.
At one point Cory is telling Shawn about how he can't protect Topanga and they've only been married for one week. But they spent their wedding night in jail, 12 days on their honeymoon and 1 night in their new apartment. So actually the couple have been married for 2 weeks.
During the council meeting where the David has drafted the letter for the Bishop, once Frank objected, David then responds with "Jim!" rather than "Frank!"
Episode 4x17, "The Mother Lode": While looking at a doctored photo of Lincoln and his mother, Lincoln mentions that Michael was born in 1976, but at the end of "Killing Your Number", it reads on Michael's grave stone that he was born in 1974.
When The Doctor is taking Donna to 4.6 billion BC to watch the Earth Formation, he says that it is the furthest back the TARDIS has ever been. But in the 5th Doctor episode "Castrovalva" the TARDIS drifts to 13.2 billion BC and the formation of the galaxy.
Episode 6.12, Moving The Chains: Marcus tells House that he and Eric were arrested for stealing a car, he was 16 and Eric was 14. He also says that his brother never did anything criminal after that. In season 1, we were told that Eric was 16 when he was arrested for stealing a car.
At Riley's party, Willow tells him that Buffy is wearing a halter top when she is in fact wearing a strappy top. Being a girl, and extremely into fashion at this stage in her life after her high school years, she should have known better.
When Faith arrives in LA she is carrying a bag. She puts it on the ground and then steals a man's jacket and wallet. Afterwards however, she leaves without picking up her bag.
Near the end, when Michael reveals to Brennen he knows everything about him, he says, "I know everything about Tyler Brennen." Michael emphasizes "Tyler" as if it's a big deal that he knows Brennen's first name. Michael already knew Brennen's first name from the first time he met him, in Season 2, Episode 15 "Sins of Omission."
While investigating Corporal Price's death, Danny comments that Price was "found dead at midnight." Price was found the following morning; Danny should have said Price died at midnight.
During the scene of the dinner, James (Raquel's father) states that he was in the Royal Navy and was "First Officer" (1/O). The Navy does not have this rank since it is a Merchant Navy rank. The rough equivalent of this is Lieutenant in the RN and Albert would've known this but didn't mention anything. It is also extremely unlikely that an officer the RN would still be Lieutenant after doing his full quota of 12 years service.
At the end of April and the beginning of May in 2004, Luis was decoding the CDs with the Crane secrets on them. For an extended period of time, Luis left the CDs completely unattended at Hank's house. Luis told several different people that the computer was decoding the CDs and didn't need anybody there to do it. Given that Alistair is virtually omniscient in Harmony, it's ridiculous that he didn't break into Hank's apartment and take the CDs.
Season 3, episode 12, "Mr. Monk Gets Cabin Fever": When Randy Disher is having Chinese food in his apartment with his new girlfriend, he gets a fortune stating that he is going to get money from his uncle. Randy says that he doesn't have an uncle. In Season 5, episode 14, "Mr. Monk Visits a Farm", Randy inherits a farm from his uncle who appears to have committed suicide, but was actually murdered.
At the end of the episode, after Lore has been defeated, Picard asks Data if he is O.K. Data replies, "I'm fine." One of the plot points of this episode is that Data cannot use contractions.
Series 1, Episode 3: When Alex tells Ray she will re-trace his steps for clues linking to the murder of a girl, he says, "Don't worry, lads! Wonder Woman's here!" Alex replies, "FYI DI Carling." Ray is a DS, not a DI.
While Clark and Chloe are at Daily Planet, Clark asks her what is wrong with her mother. Chloe responds that her mother left when she was twelve years old. In the episode Lineage, Chloe and Clark are looking for Rachael Dunleavy and Chloe says her mother left when she was five.
Season 4, Ep. 29, "Bald-faced Boy": Uncle Del forgets his nephew's name during the argument in the cabin. He calls Brett "Mike," which is neither the actor's name nor that of any of Del's other relatives.
In Episode 1.11, Hank says "McDonnell Douglas L-1011" when it is really Lockheed L-1011. McDonnell Douglas produced the DC-10, which was similar.
When Darryl arrives for the date, Cliff sends Theo upstairs to get Sondra, but Theo had just left Sondra in the kitchen. Why didn't he go back into the kitchen if he knew that's where she was?
Ken says that it was his wives who left him, not the other way around. But in "The Smell of Success", he tells Christopher that, when Christopher was a baby, he left Juanita.
When Johnny is at the hospital, having a vision of his mother, Gene Purdy and Sarah is waiting for news of him following his accident, he states that a vision earlier was related to his accident 'Nine years ago'. Later, when he is in the ambulance on the way to where his accident occurred, he asks the paramedic if it was the same ambulance. The paramedic replies, 'Yeah, I've been driving the same rig for nearly eight years'.
On the episode in which the two brothers play pool, when they meet Josh's camp pals before they leave, Josh says, "Thanks Ron," but he is talking to the other character.
