| 1 | Charlie's Angels | When the Angels are fighting the "Creepy Thin Man," right before Drew Barrymore lifts up Lucy Liu to spin her around and kick the thin man, to get Lucy's attention, Drew hollers out "Lucy!" even though Lucy Liu's character's name is "Alex." |
| 2 | Gladiator | In the "Battle of Carthage" in the Colosseum, one of the chariots is turned over. Once the dust settles you can see a gas cylinder in the back of the chariot. |
| 3 | Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets | At the beginning of the scene near the end of the movie with Lucius Malfoy fuming at Dumbledore in his office, Malfoy's hair is fanned back behind his shoulders. The lighting in the room illuminates the back of his neck, where you can see his real, short brown hair. |
| 4 | Mr. and Mrs. Smith | The movie is supposed to take place in and around New York City, however during the car chase where Angelina and Brad are fighting off the three BMW's, a wide shot clearly shows a street sign announcing Los Angeles. |

| 6 | Raiders of the Lost Ark | While Indy and Marion are in the Well of the Souls, and they encounter the snakes, Indy falls to the ground only to get confronted by a Cobra rearing its head and hissing. Look carefully and you'll see the reflection of the snake on the safety glass between it and Indy. Briefly you can also see the torch's reflection while he's waving it around. <em>[This has been corrected in the new DVD set. You can only see it if you have the original VHS. I think it's visible in the "making of" on the DVD as well.]</em> |
| 7 | Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones | When Amidala & Anakin are eating and he cuts her a piece of the fruit and "floats" it back to her, the bite appears in the fruit a split second before she actually eats it. |
| 8 | Spider-Man | When Peter Parker first discovers he can climb up walls (while in citizen clothing), he tests it out by climbing up a building in an alley. During this scene, you can clearly see his clothes hanging out forwards, indicating that the scene was filmed with him crawling along a floor horizontally. |
| 9 | Jurassic Park | In the scenes where there's a video link to the docks shown on computer, there's a bar moving along the bottom of the screen, showing us that it's actually a video that's just playing on the computer. |
| 10 | Ace Ventura: Pet Detective | When Ace and Melissa are in bed together having sex if you look close enough you can see that she is wearing underwear. |
| 11 | The Matrix Reloaded | In the freeway chase scene when one of the agents jumps onto the hood of the first car then jumps off, the car flips, then a second later as the car is still flipping you can see the gas tank has been removed. |
| 12 | Grease | In the soda shop, the waitress turns off the lights with her elbow because her hands are full, but she misses the light switch by 6 inches. |
| 13 | Pulp Fiction | When John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson are fired at in the apartment, the bullet holes are already in the wall before the gun is fired. |
| 14 | The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King | In the first scene in Edoras (the capital city of Rohan). The first pan over Edoras: You can see the pan is shown in reverse, with the smoke going into the chimney and the fire at the end is burning backwards. The flags are fluttering oddly as well. |
| 15 | Top Gun | When "Charlie" is first introduced to the class, she struts down the aisle in heels. When she follows Maverick into the building, you can briefly see that she is wearing flats to compensate for Maverick's short stature. |

| 17 | The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers | It seems as though the Elves at the battle of Helm's Deep aren't quite as coordinated and elegant as Elves are rumoured to be. During the Helm's Deep battle scene, Aragorn is shouting commands to the Elven archers. In the close up shot of Aragorn while it's still raining, look to the left of Aragorn, there is an Elf who gets hit in the head, by the quivers, on the back of the Elf next to him. |
| 18 | The Ring | In the scene when the main character is in the library on the internet, she goes to a couple of websites. When the shot shows the URL up top, it is C:\windows98\mydocuments\etc.html. Instead of actually searching on the web they used a premade html page and accessed it from their computer. It's simple enough to just not display the address bar in your browser, so I don't know why they let this one slip through... |
| 19 | The Wizard of Oz | During the scene when Dorothy and Scarecrow are fighting with the trees, Scarecrow says "I'll show you how to get apples" and he gets hit by the apples. The very next scene if you quickly look at Dorothy's shoes, you can see that she is wearing black shoes, not her ruby slippers. |
| 20 | Spider-Man 2 | Just before of the scene when Peter loses his $20 with Ditkovich, there is a shot of the building where Peter lives. Pay attention to the car going from right to left. When the car is about to disappear, you will see how the rest of the shot is a static image. |
| 21 | The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring | When Pippin falls in the Midgewater Marshes, you can see that part of his Hobbit foot is ripped off. Extended DVD. |
| 22 | Red Dragon | In the scene when Will is opening the drawer of films from the Leeds home, there is clearly a copy of Mrs. Doubtfire in the left column of tapes. How can that be? Red Dragon is clearly set "several years" after 1980, as the caption says, but before the 1991 Silence of the Lambs, but "Mrs. Doubtfire" came out in 1993. |
| 23 | The Fast and the Furious | In the final racing scene, when Dominic's car hits the truck and flips in the air, you can clearly see the stunt driver's helmet as the car turns in the air. |
| 24 | National Lampoon's Vacation | In the early part of the film, Beverly D'Angelo and Chevy Chase check into the hotel/motel. She goes in to take a shower but he barges in. If you look real closely, she is wearing underpants and is not nude although she is taking a shower. |
| 25 | Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl | Either the first shot has a gratuitous view of the fort or the composite people neglected to add the fort in the second shot. Norrington says, "...this is the day that Capt. Jack Sparrow almost escaped. Take him away." The night shot that follows, shows the bridge archway, and beyond it the pier, Interceptor, the fort and its parapet. After Will breaks Jack out of prison, they approach the same archway and beyond it is the pier and Interceptor, but in this shot we don't see the fort and its parapet, nor the line that Jack slid down the day before. The camera angle is exactly the same. The angle is not the same. The fort is there to the right of the circle in the dark picture. |
| 26 | Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery | When Austin enters the bathroom at the casino, keep your eyes on the door during the scene - it opens by itself before closing. |
| 27 | The Goonies | In the scene where all the kids are in the basement and Chunk knocks the water jug over, Mikey starts to bang on the ground with a bar and Brandon (older brother) stops him and Mikey calls him by his real name Josh. This is verified in the Goonies DVD by Sean Astin himself on the commentary. |
| 28 | Jaws | When the shark bursts through the window of the cabin, in each of the shots facing Brody, including when he shoves the air tank into the shark's mouth, the glistening water is visible in the window's reflection behind Brody. The shark's reflection is never seen behind Brody, despite the shark's massive size in the small cabin. Bruce must have had the day off during Roy Scheider's takes. |
| 29 | The Matrix | During the fight scene between Neo and the agent in the subway station, after Neo incapacitates the agent and flips out of the way of the oncoming train, you can see where the wire harness connected to his back. You can also see one of the wires visible by his wrist. |
| 30 | North by Northwest | In the shooting scene in the Mount Rushmore cafe, a boy in the background puts his fingers in his ears, because he knows the gun is about to be shot. |
