| 1 | Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone | When Harry, Ron and Hermione rush to Hagrid after the end of the year exams, and Harry is saying something that ends with, "Why didn't I see it before?", Hermione is mouthing part of that line. |
| 2 | The Godfather | When Sonny is punching Carlo under the spraying fire hydrant, he misses an audible punch by at least six inches. |
| 3 | Jurassic Park III | After the aeroplane crashed, a dinosaur stepped over it and the windows shattered making the typical sound of made-of-glass things when broken. I can tell everybody (I'm a pilot) it is not accurate because they are made of plexiglass (a sort of fibrous plastic). |
| 4 | Scream | When Sidney comes running to the house and she sees Dewey come out with the knife in his back she screams "Dewey!" but her mouth says "no!" |
| 5 | Meet the Parents | When Focker is going back to Chicago the woman who is typing stops moving her hands for a little while the clicking noise is still going. |

| 6 | Legally Blonde | In the scene after Reese Witherspoon and Luke Wilson are returning from questioning the ex-wife of the murder victim at a spa, they are driving up in Luke's car. You can clearly see, as they get closer to the camera, that what you hear Luke saying isn't what his lips are saying. It was a very obvious dub over...and a very bad one. |
| 7 | Selena | In the scene where Chris drives up in the truck while Selena is mowing the lawn, Selena asks what he got. While you hear "junk food" his mouth says something else. |
| 8 | The Wizard of Oz | At the very end of, "We Welcome You to Munchkin Land," at the very last 'fa la la la la laaaaaa' right before the Wicked Witch interrupts the song with her explosive arrival, you can hear someone scream before the explosion even occurs. |
| 9 | X-Men 2 | When Bobby's brother dials 911 you hear 3 tones (for the 3 digits he dials). But the 3 tones aren't the right tones you hear when you dial 911 from a touch tone phone. In fact the 2nd and 3rd tones should be the same because it's the same digit but they were different. As if someone just dialed 3 random digits. And there's no doubt he dialed 911 because the operator answers "911". |
| 10 | Star Wars | When Vader is talking to an Imperial officer in the hangar in the Death Star, when the officer says, "It must be a decoy, sir. Several of the escape pods have been jettisoned." his head is shown from behind, but his profile shows his mouth is moving before the words are heard. |
| 11 | Men in Black | When Will Smith is looking at the two space ships at the MIB headquarters, if you look in the background Zed and K are there typing on the computer. But if you look closer you can tell that they're not even touching the keyboard and the sounds are just added into the movie. |
| 12 | The Terminator | When the Terminator breaks into the police station, he has an auto-shotgun in his left hand, and a machine gun in his right. Before he kills the power in the building, he comes to the end of a hall, points his shotgun through a doorway, and shoots. A machine gun sound is used for the blast, instead of a shotgun sound. |
| 13 | The Matrix | In the lobby shootout scene, when Trinity starts kicking one of the guards after he goes to reload and reaches for a new clip, you can hear her yell the first time she kicks him, but the next two times, although her mouth opens the same way, the audio's been silenced. |
| 14 | Ace Ventura: Pet Detective | At the beginning, when they steal the dolphin, you hear the peel-out sound effect as if the truck was on a paved road, but they were on grass. |
| 15 | Big Momma's House 2 | At the end of the film, where Big Momma is performing with Carrie's cheer leading squad, when Andrew breaks loose and climbs up the human pyramid that the girls made, and jumps, falling on Big Momma's stomach. Then Andrew says, "Big Momma." but his mouth doesn't move. |

| 16 | Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones | In the scene where Anakin and Padme are talking after their meal together. When the camera is facing Anakin at one point he says "Believe me I wish that I could just wish away these feelings I have for you!" and then stops talking. When the camera switches to face Padme, if you watch closely, Anakin's mouth is still moving even though he isn't saying anything. |
| 17 | Grease | During "We go together" at the end of Grease, John Travolta's mouth is not in sync with the words. |
| 18 | American Pie | In the beginning, Oz is in the car with the college girl, he tries to 'seduce' her, then she says: 'That's pathetic'. Her mouth is not moving at all. |
| 19 | Live Free or Die Hard | Just as McClane and Farrell are about to leave the Eastern Power Hub, Farrell goes on a long rant and his mouth does not match the words he is saying. |
| 20 | Blade Runner | Deckard (Harrison Ford) investigates the maker of artificial reptiles; an Abdul somebody. It's obvious that the dialogue was added as neither actor is in sync with the sound. The end of the scene has the storekeepers voice telling Deckard the information he was seeking while Deckard's mouth is the one moving. Deckard's mouth continues to move even after Abdul's lines are finished and the scene cuts. |
| 21 | Signs | When the deputy sheriff comes out of the house, her ink pen is sticking through the hole in her pocket flap but not in the pocket itself. After she turns around at the car, her ink pen is inside her pocket and not "flapping" loose as it was just a split second before. |
| 22 | Slither | Just after the car crash, when the zombies are taking Starla, Bill and Kylie yell after her, but they call her Carla. |
| 23 | Dumb and Dumber | In the scene when Harry and Lloyd pick up the hitchhiking natives, when they were playing the mockingbird song, the guitar was playing but his hands weren't moving at all. |
| 24 | Raiders of the Lost Ark | When Marion and Belloq are getting ready to have a drink, as Belloq pours the wine you can hear the sound of the wine hitting ice, making a crackling sound, but there is no ice in the glasses. |
| 25 | Meet the Spartans | When Britney Spears gets pushed into the Pit of Despair, you hear her talk and scream but her lips are not moving. |
| 26 | The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers | When Sam, Frodo, and Gollum are in the forest of Ithilien, when Sam says "Can't you hear yourself, don't you know who you sound like?" the shots change and you can see Sam mouthing the words again. |
| 27 | The Lizzie McGuire Movie | When Lizzie is performing at the end of the movie at the awards show, at the part where we see her from the back facing the blue light, her voice sounds like it's changing. It seems like it's someone much older singing, or the synthesizer went wrong. It just obviously isn't Lizzie's voice anymore. |
| 28 | West Side Story | During the opening overture, right when the orchestra starts "Maria", you can hear someone sneeze in the background. It's easier to hear on the soundtrack but you still can hear it in the movie. |
| 29 | Napoleon Dynamite | When Napoleon knocks on Trisha's door he knocks four times but you only hear three knocks. |
| 30 | War of the Worlds | The audio of the "SpongeBob SquarePants" episode on the T.V. doesn't match with the episode. |
