Factual error: In the first scene where Dr Strange is preparing for surgery he uses improper surgical gowning technique breaking aseptic protocols. Strange puts on a mask after washing his hands, contaminating his clean hands by bringing them in proximity to the non-sterile environment of his face. Surgical masks must be worn before the full washing of hands. Another error is that he inserted his hands all the way through his gown to don gloves. Hands must never leave the sleeves and gloves must be put on with the sleeves still covering.
Factual error: At the start Bruce Wayne runs into a massive dust cloud formed from the falling building. In the scenes that follow he and the other people have very little or no dust on them at all - they should be completely covered and choking on it.
Other mistake: When Alice's ship is being chased, she orders her crew heel to port (turn left). Instead, it turns heel to starboard (right).
Factual error: As the X-Men land in Cairo, scenes reveal the destruction Magneto is wreaking around the world, where it is simultaneously daylight in New York, Sydney and Cairo - it is possible for it to be daylight in two of these locations at once, but not all three.
New this month Plot hole: After escaping from execution, the assassins still made use of throwing knives out of their garments as they ran through the city. These would have been removed from them before they were shackled in the cell.
Deliberate mistake: When the two security guards inside Firebrand alert the other security about David being on the roof, a news reporter overhears, announces it and everyone looks up. The news channel then shows an above angle shot of David standing on the ledge within a second, but how did the news channel manage to start filming David standing on the roof that quickly or even manage to film from this angle? David going up onto the roof was entirely unplanned and within a few seconds of anyone realizing he was on the roof, there is suddenly a news helicopter from above filming the entire thing. It could not have been filmed from the ground because the news is filming an above angle shot and would have been too far away to film. This was probably done intentionally to increase the drama, but still makes little sense.
Revealing mistake: In the opening scenes, we see a very pregnant Draka reclining on a bed of animal hides as Durotan watches over her. In the extreme closeup, we see Draka twitch her lips, and her small tusks flex from side-to-side with her lips, instead of remaining firmly aligned with her jaw as they should.
Continuity mistake: At breakfast in the BFG cave the bottle of frobscottle is taken from the table by the big bad giant when he says "I is taking this", only to show up again when Sophie clambers out the shnozcumber.
Continuity mistake: When Mowgli is with the monkeys, Bagheera is on Mowgli's left, but then suddenly he is on Mowgli's right.
Visible crew/equipment: In the beginning where Amanda Waller is talking in a restaurant. While the camera focuses on her towards the end of the scene, they move the camera right, facing towards her left side of her face. Watch the wine glass, you'll see the crew moving along with the camera.
Plot hole: At the end, Jake utilizes multiple Loops to reach September 4th, 1943, the date from which Miss Peregrine's children impossibly entered another Loop set in the winter at the beginning of 2016. The closest date prior to this was in 1942, from when Jake waits for September 4th 1943 to arrive. However, having entered a Loop in 1942, he would have been unable to reach 1943 because he'd be stuck living the same day in 1942 over and over.
Continuity mistake: When Pete and Elliott return to their hideout after the ordeal on the truck is over, it is dark. Moments later when Bryce Dallas Howard arrives, there is a lot more light coming in through the trees and the scene looks brighter. This is in the space of five minutes or less.
