Revealing mistake: During Quidditch tryouts, when Ron blocks the Quaffle with his head in the closeup, Ron's body disappears at the bottom of the screen below the digital editing line. (Only visible on fullscreen DVD).
Continuity mistake: The Saturn that Mikaela is driving has a moonroof that encompasses most of the roof, over the front and back seats. When the Decepticon Grindor captures them, in the interior shot looking up at Leo as Grindor seizes the Saturn, the car has a solid roof over Leo, which is also seen in the interior shot as they fall. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jake wakes up from his link and Grace asks him, "Is the avatar safe?" and he replies, "Yeah Doc, and you are not gonna believe where I am," her hand is on top of his shoulder. But as the camera angle changes back and forth her hand switches to the side of his upper arm and back to the shoulder without time to have made the move. (00:48:55)
Continuity mistake: The German Feldwebel, who gets beaten to death with a baseball bat, has a badge over his left breast pocket which disappears and reappears during shots. (00:31:30)
Continuity mistake: Right after Marcus gets the Jeep to start, they begin running from the Aerostat. They start off going down a steep hill and the windshield is practically sparkling clean. Once they get to the road at the bottom, the shot shows the windshield caked with mud. (00:34:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When Chun-Li and her family arrive at their new home at Hong Kong, as the old servant opens the door, the reflection of the boom mic is visible on the black door. (00:01:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene on top of the drill, Kirk falls off the edge. When Sulu helps him up, he's holding onto the platform with his right hand and being helped up by his left, but in one shot he's holding on with his left hand, and being lifted up by his right. (00:57:25)
Continuity mistake: In the desert, throughout the chase scene between the black SUVs and the taxi, the damage on the front bumper constantly changes. It 'fixes' itself several times, most notably on the left side. (00:15:00)
Revealing mistake: After Chuck steps on the toy duck, he looks up to see the alien family and their house behind them. However, there is no reflection of this on his visor, just an empty field and the trees beyond.
Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, as Ana is running away with the Nano warheads with Duke following, she is first holding the case in her right hand. Cut to a shot in front of her and the case is now in her left hand. It is back in her right hand in the next shot. (00:12:10)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Clouseau is having his hair shampooed, the amount of shampoo on Ponton's hands changes, and then the suds disappear. (01:07:40)
Continuity mistake: Towards the end after the high priest has been "sacrificed" in Sodom, Z is talking to the crowd and as the shot changes between facing forwards and turning round to talk to O (after the first burst of rain) his hair changes from soaking wet to virtually dry depending on the view. (01:30:00)
Other mistake: When 1 strikes off 2 (I think) from the calendar we can see that 1 is Wednesday, 2 is Thursday, 3 is Friday and that 4 is Saturday but 5 is Monday; meaning that Sunday has no date.
Continuity mistake: When Mr Fredrickson opens the door there are 4 locks on the front door looking from the outside in. Next scene and consequent scenes there are only 3. (00:12:35)
Continuity mistake: Mulan tricks her father into taking his medicine, and everyone has a laugh at him. Between shots she is pouring from the teapot first with the right, then the left, and one of the geezers sitting by is cackling with a different posture and hands switched as well. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: When Bulma and Goku have just finished fighting and begun talking; watch Bulmas' blue streak of hair. It's on the left side of her head throughout the conversation until goku says "you might need back up." The camera shows a close up of them shaking hands, and when it cuts back to Bulma, the blue streak is on the right side of her face. There is no indication of her moving it, and there's not enough wind to blow it to the other side. (00:26:25)
