Continuity mistake: When JB dreams about singing "Master Exploder" in the small bar, he points at one guy in the audience and literally blows his mind. When he starts pointing you can not only see JB's face, but also how his elbow is in a slight angle. In the next shot the camera shows the guy JB is pointing at and his elbow is completely stretched. The views change several times and the angle of his elbow changes after every cut, until the guy's brain is finally blown out.
Continuity mistake: When they have rolled all the weed together, Dante lit the bong with both of his hands on the bong, but in the next shot he is just sitting back on the couch.
Plot hole: There are six metal bars mounted around the circumference of the water wheel's axle. In the wheel's interior, when Jack frees himself he lands on his feet, begins to run and promptly hits his head on one of those mounted axle bars, then falls out. Moments later, when Jack returns and runs in the wheel, he is shorter (way more than a foot) than all six of the mounted axle bars spinning with the water wheel, which would make that previous shot impossible, however humorous it is. Continuity mistake: When Troy is in the locker room with his teammates, Chad is handed the framed photo of Troy's father and there's a white sticker on the back of the frame. In the next shot, when Chad gives the frame to Troy, the sticker is gone. (00:58:50)
Continuity mistake: Right after Queen Latifah hits her head and is having a fantasy, LL Cool J is unbuttoning his shirt. The scene cuts to Queen Latifah and when it cuts back his shirt is buttoned up and his tie is tied properly. It cuts back to Queen Latifah and back to LL Cool J where his shirt is now once again completely unbuttoned. (00:14:00)
Continuity mistake: When Clouseau parks in front of the ministry of justice, he breaks the hood of two police cars. A few shots later, when we see him entering the building, only one of the cars is broken.
Audio problem: At the end of the film, where Big Momma is performing with Carrie's cheer leading squad, when Andrew breaks loose and climbs up the human pyramid that the girls made, and jumps, falling on Big Momma's stomach. Then Andrew says, "Big Momma" but his mouth doesn't move.
Continuity mistake: When everybody is at the rehearsal for Grant and Julia's wedding, when Bernie does a toast to Julia and Grant, watch the level of water in Roz's glass, it changes without her even touching it.
Continuity mistake: When the killer (Jigsaw I suppose) is releasing Tom's children from being hung by their hands, right when they get down the rope holding them up disappears.
Revealing mistake: When the driver is taking Amanda to the airport at the end, all the dials on the car are at zero, so obviously the car is not moving at all.
Other mistake: While the wizard is speaking near the portal, a ghost image of him appears to the left.
Continuity mistake: When Ashley moves in with her two friends she breaks their bathroom mirror with a hairdryer. Later on in the movie, in the scene where her two friends are giving her a pep talk about luck, we see the same bathroom mirror in the background, which is now perfectly fine. Right after that, Ashley goes into the bathroom and looks at herself in the mirror, which has suddenly gone back to being broken.
Continuity mistake: Mina Hoyt's bra strap before the vault was a white strap. After she completed the vault, the bra strap changed to hot pink. (01:19:05 - 01:20:00)
Continuity mistake: In the long crash scene at the end, the Perrier car loses the front passenger side tire in the initial flip, but in the next shot it is attached to the car again.
Plot hole: Cutting plastic explosive and disguising it as chewing gum wouldn't hide the smell from bomb sniffing dogs.
Factual error: In a few scenes at the hotel by Heathrow Airport, several British Airways aircraft are seen, all with the current paint scheme instead of 1995's.
Audio problem: Just after the car crash, when the zombies are taking Starla, Bill and Kylie yell after her, but they call her Carla.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Larry's partner is writing on the white board, a line appears and disappears from the restaurant name Macelli's in the middle to the restaurant name Macelli's on the right side.
Continuity mistake: In the shot after Robin Williams has been sprayed to wash off the crap from the RV he is bone dry after the spraying is complete. They only show his upper body at this point but the spraying would have been over his entire body.
