Visible crew/equipment: After Tara is found in the Janitor's closet and brought back to her room as Willow & Buffy come in, there is a mirror to the left of the door. It has a scarf draped over it to prevent it from reflecting things it shouldn't, but the bottom right corner is still exposed and in it you can see glimpses of the crew moving around behind the camera.
Visible crew/equipment: When Daniel is talking to Teal'c in the jail cell, you can see a camera light reflected in Daniel's glasses.
Visible crew/equipment: When T.J. is playing basketball in the garage, before the helicopter scene, you can see the boom mic fly across the top of the screen for about 2 seconds.

As he is swatting at the Bug Bomb, a prop pole in the top right corner of the screen as someone is holding it off camera moving the Bug Bomb around connected by string to this pole. (00:33:25)
