Factual error: Boomhauer's car, Ms. Sally, has a Texas flag license plate on it. These plates were not issued until 1992, but Ms. Sally was driven into the quarry in the late 70's or early 80's.
Visible crew/equipment: When Alan views the kitchen, a boom mic shadow can be seen in the top left of the screen. (00:13:05)
Continuity mistake: In the introduction, when TJ pulls the ball off Gus, Gus is covered in gum. When they are walking into the school, the gum has disappeared.
Factual error: Kyle says he has to log on before school. The next shot shows "Monday 8 days later." 8 days before is a Sunday. (00:04:45)
Plot hole: Throughout the show it is reported several times that Billy and Ally met when they were both eight years old in a park by sniffing each other's bottoms. However, when Billy is buried in season 3 his tombstone reads, 1968-2000, making him 32 years old. Ally is only 29 and does not turn 30 until later in that season which would at the very least, put them 2 years apart. (00:41:15)

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Finch are talking about Vikki barging into the office, Jack is not wearing a vest, but in the next shot he is, and when he stands up it is gone again.
Visible crew/equipment: When T.J. is playing basketball in the garage, before the helicopter scene, you can see the boom mic fly across the top of the screen for about 2 seconds.
Audio problem: Almost all the newsroom links in this episode were redubbed, and at times the overdub falls entirely out of sync. When Austin Tasseltine begins speaking one of his lines before Morris has finished, the latter's "Belt up, will you?" is an ad-libbed response to this mistiming.
The Ex-Files - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: When Dharma is visiting her uncle (a dentist) and she's in the dentist chair, she has a little spot of water on her bib, the shot moves, then it moves again and the spot isn't there anymore.
Continuity mistake: After the Squirmese chef sets up his additional ingredients, Corky answers the video phone. During Corky's conversation, Al's kitchen can be seen with no trace of the chef or his ingredients.
The Bing That Wouldn't Leave / You Promised! - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: In "The Bing That Wouldn't Leave" Bing often changes size. Most of the time he's about half as tall as Norbert and Daggett but most notably near the end when he hugs Daggett he's about the same size as him.
Continuity mistake: In the Season 1 episode "Too Cute," Quinn mentions to Sandy that Sandy picked out Quinn's outfit that she's wearing. This could not be possible as Quinn had that outfit (the same one she always wears in every episode) since BEFORE they moved to their current town and before the girls met anyone in their school they first went to in the first episode.
Super Nova - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: When Stan, Xev and Kai are walking to the Memory Chamber, they seem to walk out of a two dimensional line at the lower left into the scene. The set and green screen weren't quite synched.
Kessei! CLAMP gakuen tanteidan - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Nokoru Imonoyama is looking at the dossier about the brother-in-law of their client. The chart showing the sorry state of his business looks different from the close-up when Nokoru puts it down - for instance, it's bi-color grey and white, when it was simply with white background before. Silence of the Lamborghini - S1-E18
Factual error: There is a fashion show in Rome by "Gianni Bellisimo". The correct spelling is Bellissimo.
