Revealing mistake: In one shot when the boat is pulling away from the waterfall, you can clearly see that the shot is the same one they used earlier in the movie. The water from the waterfall now is going up the cliff! They have just put it in reverse.
Plot hole: In the final showdown, when Bond is fighting with Stamper, the girl is wrapped in a chain, hanging from a crane and dropped into the sea. After the boat blows to bits, the chain continues to hang down, even though there's nothing holding it. It even keeps hanging after Bond's swum down to untie her. What's keeping it there? Do all stealth battleships come with buoyant chains? With both arms at least partially free, why doesn't she just climb back up the chain?
Continuity mistake: When they are running the obstacle course, the amount of hoops in front of the girls changes from five, to two, to five again.
Factual error: Just before Declan and the Jackal start shooting at each other in the subway tunnel, one of the trains starts coming from the opposite direction and begins passing Declan. This train continues to pass him at full speed for a full 35-40 seconds while they shoot it out. Subway trains are not nearly long enough for that. Also, during this time another train comes from behind him and he has to get between them and hold onto the light for a few seconds while they pass. But the second train then passes first while the first one passes fully about 2 seconds after the second one came... and it got there first, by about 15-20 seconds. Subway lines are about the same length as each other as well. But the first one was way longer and way wrong. (01:49:30 - 01:50:05)

Continuity mistake: Toward the end, Carmen Ibanez gets stabbed through the shoulder when she is brought before the big master alien thing. If you were to sustain such an injury, there would be so much swelling, not to mention just destroyed tissue, that you wouldn't be able to move that arm for weeks. Yet a few minutes later, she is seen hefting around a very large assault rifle, and seems to have no difficulty. I guess it's a pretty standard action movie "heroes can temporarily ignore injury in order to save the day" kind of oversight, but it just seems exaggerated in this case, considering how severe the shoulder trauma looked. Factual error: In the beginning of the film, the Dowager Empress Marie states that the year is 1916 and that they are celebrating the 300th anniversary of their family's rule. The 300th anniversary actually took place in 1913. (00:01:05)
Continuity mistake: There's a part when Raiden, Liu Kang, Kitana, Jade Jax and Sonya are confronted by 3 ninjas and Sindel. Raiden decides to take on the ninjas, but you'll notice that he only fights against 2 of them.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Lyle and Ursula slide through the river then over the falls, when they go over the waterfall they are both dry.
Plot hole: When Nick confronts the P.I. and yells "Why are you following me?", he looks inside the car and see the file with his picture on the front seat. The P.I. notices this and turns the file over. After Nick grabs his gun, the P.I. jumps out on the other side, raises his hands in the air and tells him someone hired him and runs off. As the P.I. runs off, Nick yells "Who hired you?" as he stands alone next to the car. He then waits a minute and walks off. If he really wanted to know more information, he could have taken the file that was right in front of him on the carseat. It makes no sense that he is desperate for information about the strange events that are going on, sees this file on him, and yet doesn't even pick it up or look at it. (00:59:55)
Continuity mistake: When he sees Meg in the river of death, he reaches down and touches it. Then, when he jumps in, he makes a dive of at least 50 feet. (01:11:25)
Visible crew/equipment: When the dad gets in the big accident, as he swerves the truck, you can see a hand reach out and grab him.
Revealing mistake: Right after they "create" Leeloo and she is lying in the plastic cage with the little straps on her, the guy approaches her and says, "if you want out, you are going to have to work on your communication skills." She gives him a dirty look, and then you can see a huge hole, pre-cut in the glass, that she busts her hand through. (00:29:47)
Continuity mistake: In one of the scenes Hopkins is trying to make what I think is a fish hook or something. He's obviously been in the wilderness for a while so he's not clean shaven but he isn't exactly beardy either. However, during the scene with this fish hook his beard changes from moderate to bushy to moderate again within seconds.
Continuity mistake: When they are driving up the mountain to get to her kids, they cross a river and they get hit on the passenger side of the truck shattering the window, but later when they show them going up the mountain there is a new window there.
Visible crew/equipment: When Robinsons Crusoe's boat breaks lose, you see a shot of a beach, and in the lower left corner there is some kind of information board. (00:59:50)
Continuity mistake: When the men enter the cyclops' cave, Odysseus crouches down and says "They keep sheep in this cave with them". Between shots his arm goes from being at a 90 degree angle to being at a 45 degree angle.
Continuity mistake: When the two criminals are chasing Tim Robbins and Martin Lawrence on the highway, they pull up beside them and the white criminal throws his cigarette at Tim Robbins, but in the next scene he has the cigarette back in his mouth. (00:39:50)
Visible crew/equipment: As the Power Rangers are running out of Maligore's temple as the volcanic pit erupts, in the shot from behind them all running out, down the path, if you look to the right of the screen, in the bushes you can plainly see two crewmembers standing there; one in red trousers and the other in a blue shirt holding a drink.
