Visible crew/equipment: At the L.A. Convention Center, just before Castor Troy (as Sean Archer) disarms the bomb, there are a few shots of all the extras evacuating the area. In the interior shot, that looks out through the glass doors onto the street, the tracking crane arm with a seated camera operator and camera on its platform is visible as it shoots an exterior crane shot of all the extras, which was seen among the previous shots.
Continuity mistake: As the FBI and Richard Gere rush to the hospital to save the First Lady they are flying in a helicopter. You see a shot of the helicopter flying over buildings then it cuts to dialogue inside then back to the landscape shot. However in the first shot the helicopter carries the number "28" on the side. When it cuts back after the dialogue it has "29" on the side of it. (01:36:35 - 01:40:00)
Continuity mistake: When Will Smith and the other recruits are taking their written tests, the white table first appears to be situated between the second and third men from the left. When Smith goes to the table to pull it across the room, it is much further to the right of the scene. (00:24:25 - 00:26:35)
Continuity mistake: When Alex's Dad arrives home at the end of the film, he hands Alex a remote control car box. Between a wideshot and closeup the box turns around 180° in his Dad's hands. (01:32:10)
Continuity mistake: When Leeloo jumps from the building, the elevator track, which was attached to the building on her right-hand side, has vanished. (00:30:10)
Visible crew/equipment: As the Power Rangers are running out of Maligore's temple as the volcanic pit erupts, in the shot from behind them all running out, down the path, if you look to the right of the screen, in the bushes you can plainly see two crewmembers standing there; one in red trousers and the other in a blue shirt holding a drink. Continuity mistake: Near the end of the film, when Drs. Malcom and Harding are looking for the baby T. Rex in San Diego they arrive at the new InGen Jurassic Park. The car brakes hard, skids a little pulling a trailing cable for a portable light. The lamp falls. When they get back into the car with the baby T. Rex, to use it to entice the adult back to the ship, the lamp is standing again. (01:46:52)
Revealing mistake: During the honeymoon sequence at the end of the film, if you look at the right top of the flowers in the vase during the "flowers covering nipples" bit, you can see a bit of red duct tape covering Liz Hurley's nipple from behind the flowers. (01:22:20)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rico is first in boot camp and Dizz says she is being transferred to the unit, she gets ready to fight the drill sergeant. She drops her papers, her jacket, and her bag. It cuts away for a few seconds, then goes back to the drill sergeant and Dizz in fighting stance. The piece of paper is farther back than before, this can be overlooked because of wind, perhaps. But the jacket and bag are both gone. (00:25:55)
Continuity mistake: When Diamond Dog puts the hat on in the plane after it's hijacked, he puts it on backwards.A second later, it's on straight without him turning it around. (00:43:55)
Continuity mistake: When Nicholas waits at the CRS office he is supervised by a hidden camera. In the convex cover of the camera you see a reflection of the whole room but Nicholas, who is standing in the middle of the room, is not visible. (00:18:40)
Continuity mistake: When Robin steps foot into Poison Ivy's lair she is laid out on her flower bed. If you look at the sleeves of her costume, the ends of the sleeves are fringed in a simple leaf like design. Robin spurns Poison Ivy's affections, and an enfuriated Ivy pushes him into the lily pad pool. She is then confronted by Batman, and a soon to arrive Batgirl. Now - look at the huge, obvious, black rubber "thorn" bracelets that suddenly appear on each of her wrists. (01:37:25)
Continuity mistake: When the Secretary of Defense receives the letter that the escape pod is empty, look to the character to the right of Glenn Close. There is another character behind him, and when the character by Glenn Close moves, the one behind him disappears. (00:38:30)
Continuity mistake: When Roark is trying to get a radio, and Emmitt is watching on the big screen in the OEM building, there is a black man behind him who is talking to the guy with the headset on. In one shot the black guy is almost back to back with Emmitt and looks over his shoulder to look at the screen, yet when it cuts, the black guy is talking to the other guy but is not back to back with Emmitt. Continuity mistake: When James has just jumped out of the plane, he has a diving rig that is somewhat different to the one he has when diving on the wreck of the Devonshire. In the water, he wears a twinset manifold air-bottle rig. While skydiving, the rig was not manifolded, and the bottles were in a different position on his back. To change between the two requires some work with a toolkit, preferably on dry land.
Continuity mistake: After Gen. Perez pushes the stacks of money towards Elgyn, they are right on the metallic edge of the table when the general offers a drink to Elgyn. In all of the following shots, the stacks have moved and are further in on the table, not on the metal anymore.
Continuity mistake: Just after the explosion in the square, we see a shot of the Mercedes' door, and it's still bright silver. In the shot immediately afterwards of George Clooney and Nicole Kidman getting to their feet, it's charred black. (00:51:10)
Revealing mistake: When Kurt is being chased after in the truck at the end, he pulls out onto the main highway and the truck skids. There are several tire marks where they practised this skid before. Also, at the very end when the truck is being pushed by the semi, look ahead of the front truck tire, more previous tire marks. (01:21:20)
Revealing mistake: During the opening scene, a few shots after we see the Outworld ninjas falling through the portal and leaping about, there's a shot of several monks fleeing that tilts up towards the (digitally replaced) sky. As it does this, you can see several hard lines about in the sky from where pieces of the digital animated skies were "stitched together." It's easy to miss the first time, but if you know to look for them, they're pretty obvious. You can see similar lines in the sky in several other shots throughout the scene, but it's most noticeable here.
Revealing mistake: When the Mack truck is trying to run Taggart off the road, the scenery on the copilot's window is an obvious chroma: first, it doesn't match the wide shots (bright green background vs cloudy and dull); second, it is repeated a couple of times. Also, when Taggart's car is cornered next to a mountain, the close-up shows a blue background.
