Revealing mistake: If you look at the missing part of the bridge, and look at the shadow underneath, the shadow is of a full bridge. (01:02:35)
Visible crew/equipment: Towards the end of the film you see the long haired baddie grab Milo by the hind legs (just before Milo puts the mask on). As Milo starts to change you can just about see the baddie who is holding his legs, except he is now a different person with brown curly hair, nobody who is seen prior or following this shot. Presumably he is the dog trainer. (01:23:15)
Continuity mistake: When Ace is sneaking into Ronald Camp's Private Aquarium, he begins to look around and open some doors. If you look at the colour of the wall it is red. When he opens the door to the giant tank, the wall outside the door (which should be red) is now white. The door also reverses - the handle goes from Ace's left to Ace's right. (00:28:50)
Revealing mistake: During the scene where Arnold's character is escaping from the mansion at the beginning of the movie, there is a part where he is running down a snowy hill through trees. At one point during the hill scene, Arnold does a flip head first. When he lands the flip, you can clearly see the stunt double's face as he turns to shoot at more bad guys. (00:13:30)
Continuity mistake: After Inspector Todd is shot, Axel chases after De Wald and fires at the truck. When the guy at the back of the truck is shooting at Axel, we see multiple bullet holes near the truck's back right window, but in his close-ups the bullet holes are gone. The window frame's scratched paint differs as well in the close-ups. We know it's the same window because we also see him in the shot of the truck's interior.
Visible crew/equipment: When the prams roll down the stairs you can see the ignition pipes that shoots out the babies. Clearly visible in the first pram. You also see some sort of ignition smoke from one of the prams after the baby has been "shot" out. (00:02:55)
Continuity mistake: When Mathilda spends her first night at Leon's apartment, Leon places a messily folded blanket on her in one shot. The camera then goes to a different shot of Leon, and then back to the original. However, we can now see that the blanket is mostly unfolded and placed neatly on Mathilda. ..... Revealing mistake: Roads are visible in the background during the climatic fight sequence on Veridia III, even though the planet is uninhabited. (01:40:35)
Visible crew/equipment: Throughout the movie, in the shots of the guys on the alien planet, the white reflector screens and film crew's reflections are visible in their sunglasses. (00:40:20)
Continuity mistake: When the cops first pull up beside the BMW and Jack pulls a gun out to shoot the cop with the shotgun, he hits a bump and blows the cop car's tire, causing it to flip. They show it flip behind the BMW, but the other 2 cop cars (on the passenger side and behind the BMW) have disappeared. (00:27:25)
Visible crew/equipment: With compliments of Koga Shuko the united gangs attack the Lee brothers, and while Jimmy and Billy defend themselves Billy goes up against a guy wearing a school uniform. Just as Billy slams a car's engine hood down onto that guy, in this shot we can see the camera, the camera operator, and a crew member under the raised car hood, at the lower left side of the screen. Revealing mistake: When Draven sends T-bird to his death in his car, the real Ford Thunderbird is replaced by a fake mockup using a flimsy one-piece fiberglass body mounted on a pair of straight axles. When it explodes, the body lifts off in one piece, warping wildly while the front axle simply falls away. No proper car components like engine, transmission, suspension and so on, are seen anywhere, though they should be. (00:57:05)
Revealing mistake: When people disappear because of the time paradox, the background changes. This is especially noticeable when Johnson disappears, watch the lights on the panel behind her go out. (00:13:35)
Continuity mistake: In the opening rodeo sequence, Pepper's horse is brown in the chute, but black on the close-ups out in the arena. (00:01:25)
