Continuity mistake: When Sarah shouts, "Quick, this way!" and then Sir Didymus shouts, "No, not that way!" the hanging sign with the hammer hangs crookedly by only one chain. However, two shots later when Sir Didymus shouts, "You're going the wrong way!" the sign hangs properly from two chains. Revealing mistake: When Newt is sliding across the grated floor, Bishop reaches out to save her and you can clearly see he's standing in a hole to make him look cut in half. (02:11:40)

Continuity mistake: All four guys are in the junk-yard and they are all about to toss their coins to see who goes to get the food. When Teddy throws his coin in the air he is wearing no dog tag necklace but when he catches the coin he is suddenly wearing the dog tag necklace. (00:22:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When they return to Enterprise after their successful mission, Iceman points and shouts, "You!" at Maverick. In the shot facing Maverick as he turns his head, the reflections of the camera and large reflector screen are visible on Maverick's sunglasses. Continuity mistake: When Fievel discovers that Warren T. Rat is actually a cat in disguise, the hat tucked into his black belt disappears between shots. (00:51:20)
Revealing mistake: When Jim hits the brakes in his stolen patrol car, the two pursuing police cars turn and flip over and over. As they roll, the 'roll cannon' is visible on the underside of one of the cars (a round steel tube in a hole in the floor) and at left, the two cannon slugs from both cars bounce down the road. This device fires the slug downward, and the force behind it lifts the car when the slug hits the road, launching the car over.
Continuity mistake: When Grumpy Bear grabs the key on Dark Heart's throne, his left arm changes color from blue to orange between shots. (00:57:25)
Continuity mistake: Just before we see Johnny fall off the bridge we see a shot of him speeding past some roadblocks. Look at the size of Johnny compared to the roadblocks. They are practically bigger then him. This was obviously a small replica robot filmed with the camera on the ground, to give off the impression it was the real thing. (00:20:45)
Continuity mistake: Notice the candle on the table in the Italian restaurant scene during Capt. Kirk and Dr. Gillian dialog. It changes height depending who is talking. (01:03:50 - 01:08:30)

Continuity mistake: When Max and Joey take a picture at Luigi's house, Joey is looking at the camera and not smiling while Max's hand is just below Joey's right ear, getting ready to grab it. Continuity mistake: When Dennis's girlfriend goes to see him at the godfather's house, her car is seen parked directly in front of the house, where the godfather's car was just parked moments ago. (01:18:55)
Suggested correction: Well, yes and no, or rather "no and maybe." The godfather's car was parked far enough from the stairs for another car to park closer, between Pazzo's car and house. And it's what happens here. However I do think there could be a continuity issue with one of the exterior shots when Pazzo's car seems to have been moved quite a bit off position compared to before. The mistake could be there but not as big as it appears to be (I kinda find it hard to judge due to the angle by how much really the car is off position, even, since it's a significantly different one from before).
Continuity mistake: At the bar, while standing on the counter, Howard punches a guy with a hat on. Then he punches him again and the hat is gone, only to reappear in the close-up.
Continuity mistake: When Logan is talking to Laura while it snows, the amount of snow on Logan's shoulder in the close-ups remains unchanged all the time. However, later, when the shot changes to a wide angle, most of the snow is gone. Too fast for it to melt.
Revealing mistake: The chairman parks his car in front of Bel Fuse Ltd. And goes upstairs. His car explodes, but does it in front of a different building, probably switching to a stage building front; the metal doors don't have vents anymore and there are visible join lines in the asphalt and the cement. Revealing mistake: When Roland Tyler (Bryan Brown) beats Lipton (Cliff De Young) with his rifle, you can see that both times he hits him, the rifle bends as if being made from rubber. (00:42:16)
