Continuity mistake: At Skull Rock, after the crocodile has nipped off a good bit of Hook's clothing, sock and shoe, when Hook rushes toward Smee in the boat the crocodile opens his mouth, and just as he swallows Hook he's nearly fully clothed and wearing both socks and both shoes.
Visible crew/equipment: Opening credits (also a few minutes in) has a fiery spaceship crashing into the camera for this was a 3D movie. What's interesting is that a mirror can be seen on the left portion of the screen just before the collision. This was apparent at the theatres and on the VHS tape release. For some reason, the DVD release has it cropped out and now the spaceship is off-centered at the beginning (fortunately the bonus material still shows it). (00:00:20 - 00:03:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When the martian space ships first appear you can see the wire suspending the models. You can clearly see the wires every time you see a martian or martian space ship.
Continuity mistake: When the POWs are preparing to move Dunbar, Sefton draws his pocketknife and throws it into the table, slanted, near a square etched into the tabletop. In the following shot, the knife is farther away from the square, and it stands up straight. (01:48:15)
